Warranty returns must Must Be Authorised by MSCSPYTEK and under no circumstances will returns be accepted unless accompanied by a properly marked RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. RMA and shipping instructions may be obtained by contacting us by email (or phone).
Return product via Registered Post in the U.K and UPS or U.S. Mail, prepaid and insured, for your protection. MSCSPYTEK cannot refund shipping fees.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. Any goods made to customers specifications are not subjuct the these regulations.
Goods returned for no apparent reason will be subject to a re- stocking charge of 20%.This does not affect your statutory rights. Goods returned within the 7 day cooling off period will not be charged a re-stocking fee.
