If your order totals more than £295, delivery is FREE to England, Wales and Southern Scotland. For orders under £295 in these regions, postage and packaging costs are £10.00 per order.
If there are any additional delivery costs, we will inform you before the order is dispatched and you will be given the option to cancel.
Please make sure you include the FULL delivery address when ordering, including any business name or flat number to ensure there isn't a delay in our courier delivering the parcel. Please also note that the delivery address must be correct when ordering as once the parcel has been dispatched, we cannot change the address, without our courier charging another delivery cost.
Your order will normally be dispatched within 2 working days, however please allow up to a week. During busier times of the year (i.e. Christmas), dispatch may be longer, also it will depend on stock levels. We use either Royal Mail or My Hermes depending on the items. If you require your order within a certain time-frame, please contact us to ensure stock availability for immediate dispatch. As soon as we send your order, we will email you with a dispatch notification, detailing estimated delivery day and tracking information.
If you are not at home to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card with contact details so that you can re-arrange delivery or arrange collection from the depot. If you do not contact the courier, the driver will try and deliver your order on the next two consecutive days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). If you do not contact the courier within seven days, your order will be returned to us. This will incur another delivery charge from you.
Both us ( Manchester Surveillance Company) and our courier companies will not tolerate abusive, rude and / or threatening behaviour if an order is not delivered for whatever reason.
Please also note that if our courier companies have tried to deliver the parcel at least twice but no-one has been in to accept delivery and you then ask for a refund due to the parcel being late or damaged, we will happily refund the full cost of the item(s) purchased once they have been returned to us but not the delivery cost (either way) as again it is your responsibility to ensure someone is at the delivery address to take delivery.
